I got them all right! Slow carbs help keep my appetite under control, my brain functioning optimally, and dramatically increase the fibre content of my diet. Best of all they taste so good!
I also use avoidance. Sometimes I will just choose to have a drink rather than eating when I go out to to a restaurant with friends. It is still a lot of fun!!
A good list of diet myths and tricks that don’t work. I do eat quinoa and enjoy it, but I don’t consider it a superfood like my daily servings of berries!
